Monstera Adansonii's nickname 'Swiss Cheese Plant' comes from it's unique leaf fenestrations that come with maturity. They are a easy, low light plant that love to climb so providing a trellis or a moss pole are ideal for these tropical plants.

Light: Can tolerate low light, happiest in bright indirect light for faster growth.

Soil: A well draining mix like perlite, orchid bark and peat moss. We create a specific monstera mix in our shop too.

Water: Stick finger into soil up to your knuckle, if soil is dry water.

Humidity: Not required but they do love humidity.

Temp: Keep above 65°F

TOXIC. Keep away from human and fur babies.

  • 99% of the time, you will NOT receive the plant in the image but one that is very similar and the same size. No two plants are identical and that goes for number of leaves, variegation patterns, etc. but I do my best to make sure that if any of them look totally different, to add a new listing. In other words, if you buy a 4" plant that's well established, that's what you're going to get, promise.
